Unequal reservations in India

We all are aware of the Mandal Commission, its benefits and the upliftment impact of Society. But somehow every implementations comes with a drawback if not monitored and administered for a long term. The after impact on India economy, advancement, and progress is greatly impacted by some reservations, where a hard working does not get opportunity but a born-by-birth gets that. We still see well established, good earning citizen still going for registering for their sons and daughters.

Cannot we have some law enforced for such citizen who earns about a certain corpus annually and pay tax on income, must not enroll the next generation under reserved category. Income certificate/ITR can be easily be made mandatory while enrolling. This not only helps India to grow but provides a right-fair and justified opportunities to the needy ones.

I want to give the solution about the growth of water level of rivers in India, for example if the ganga's water level growth in future, we have the solution that we we will we will reach many pipelines from the Ganga and these pipelines reach the many homes and that places where no water for men useful works so we use the water than the growth the water level became the flood . This is the water management system. We can we can many parts of water for use for use and then we can safe from the flood. In my opinion this is the best solution for defeat the climate change. This is the future solution. The solution helps the government to make the decision about this condition., thanks
