For preparing India's workforce for the future of work firstly we have to prepare our youth for all kinds of skills.We focus on skill development as it included in NEP 2020.The 2015 report on National Policy skill development and entrepreneurship estimated that only 4.7% of the total work force in India had undergone formal skill training compared with 52% in the USA ,80% in Japan and 96% in South Korea.The skill development rate of these countries shows the development here.To reduce the unemployment rate in our country and for the development here we needs attention on all types of skill development programmes.

महाराष्ट्र का बिजली विभाग को खासगीकरन में परावर्तित करना चाहिए ।यह ऐसा विभाग जहाँ एक वर्ग मुफ्त में बिजली का आनंद लेता तथा उसका कर दुसरा वर्ग (हिंदु) से लिया जाता है ।

For the overall development of the country, implement "One Nation One Education Policy" as soon as possible, in which there should be one board, one uniform curriculum, one textbook, one uniform evaluation system from class 1 to 12 in the whole country and complete ban on all private schools and all corrupt  Strict action should be taken against negligent officers, employees and teachers.

Main ek chotha sa suggestion Dena chahti hun on Parking Problems in Residential areas. I have seen half of the time people fight for car parking space but they don't fight to resolve it.
Just like in corporate companies there is a space for designated car parking with specified white lines drawn to that area. We can do the same in residential area given specified one space alloted to each house, mentioning car number.

In order to do that, we should remove pedestrians or extended area covering parks in residential area so that roads size will not be effected. And in that area a parking space can be made.
If anyone doesn't follow the rules he/she should be penalized for ₹5000 fine or so.
While marking a car number in designated space, we can write this also if not following orders this will happen...

For extra space pay rent or park in home.
